Customer Support Procedures
When you call, please have your product system or serial number and product description available. If possible FSL will resolve your inquiry by phone, however if a repair is
necessary, you will be given a RMA number and download the returns form and ship back to FSL for repair along with the returns form.
We strive for a prompt turnaround on
repairs but products shipped for repair without an RMA number may result in unavoidable delays.
