All new FSL products are sold with a 12 month warranty should an item need repair contact Customer Service for a RMA number and fill out the returns form, then ship the
item to us. We will either repair or replace the product.

Shipping Charges: Customer is responsible for shipping charges to FSL

Should your equipment need repair one year or more after purchase, please contact Customer Service to obtain RMA number. An RMA form may be downloaded from this page. We will assess your equipment and provide you with a written quote for your approval.
